Shanye Huang's vibrant, colorful paintings connect southern Chinese Filklore heritage with the disciplined skills of Chinese academic painting and westerns color field traditions. Along with the Tapestry of Dreams, included in this exciting exhibition, there will be 15 additional paintings in this Love Song Series. You're welcome to see a contemporary, cross-culturl persepctive on traditions little known outside of China. Be sure to save time to explore his monumental painting Tapestry of Dreams.
